The exhibition African Writers, which was curated by Carme Junyent in 2022, is now hosted at Lleida's Public Library following the initiative of the research group CELCA from the department, and thanks to the support of the Group for the Study of Threatened Languages of the University of Barcelona. The exhibition opening, which has been held this Friday at the library's main hall, has been attended by students from 3^rd and 4^th years of English Studies, together with some members of the department, and it has been formally inaugurated by the library's director, M. Antònia Capdveila, the UdL's Vice-Rector, Joan Busqueta, the Dean of the Faculty of Arts, Isabel Santaulària, the Representative of the Departament of Culture of the Catalan Government, Albert Turull, and the teachers of DELILE Esther Pujolràs and Núria Casado, as the exhibition co-organizers. The opening has concluded with a guided tour by Esther Pujolràs around the exhibition.
