The Department of Foreign Languages and Literature (DELILE) was established the 19^th of January 2023 after the departmental restructuring of the UdL. It is currently made up of 44 members (39 PDI, 5 PDI in training and 1 PAS), all of them from the former Department of English and Linguistics and the Department of Classical, Spanish and French Philology, more specifically from the area of French philology although one member comes from de Department of Catalan Philology and Communication.
